Our neighbor’s cat is psychotic. If we go outside, she attacks our feet and lower legs. She often sits in our window and watches us while we take our afternoon naps and tries to get in to attack us. My husband didn’t believe me when I told him this, so I took a video of it today. This cat is totally psychotic and is going to be the death of us.
