The clean water of 53 big shrine mikoshi “Fukagawa Yahata festival”

　５０基以上の大神輿（みこし）に清めの水が浴びせられた。

　江戸三大祭りの一つとして知られる「深川八幡祭り」。今年は３年に一度の本祭りとなり、氏子たちが担ぐ５３基の大神輿がおよそ８キロのコースを練り歩いた。

　深川八幡祭りは、「水掛け祭り」とも呼ばれ、沿道の観客から清めの水が浴びせられ、一体となった盛り上がりをみせた。

　次回の本祭りは、２０２０年の東京オリンピックの年に行われる。

More than 50 large mikoshi (Mikoshi) were bathed in with clean water.

Fukagawa Hachiman Festival, known as one of the three major Edo festivals. This year is the festival once every three years, 53 big shrines carried by the shrine walked about 8 km course.

Shenzhen Hachiman Festival, also called ‘water festival’, showed excitement that was brought together with cleansing water brought in by sidewalking audiences.
