Sakura Shimeji, fungus is fun but overlapping live
ライブツアー「菌育 ｉｎ ｔｈｅ 家」を７月からスタートさせた高校生フォークデュオ「さくらしめじ」がこのほど、当編集部のインタビューに応じた。
「菌育」は、約１年かけて日本各地のライブハウスで“月１ペース”のライブを開催する試み。
２人にとってライブハウスは特別な空間で、「きのこりあん（＝ファン）の人と一体になって、一緒に楽しめるのが強み」と田中雅功（１５）。すでに２公演を終え、雅功は「楽しかったし、お客さんの笑顔を見ても楽しくなるし、“楽しい”が何重にも重なったライブが続くと思うと（今後も）楽しみ」と確かな手応えを感じた様子で話した。
一方、高田彪我（１５）も実際にステージに立ってみて「お客さんの手拍子とかもじかに伝わってくる。距離が近いことが実感できるライブです」と、にっこり。
２人はツアーの最終日までに達成させたい目標として、新曲「あやまリズム」（２３日発売）のサビ部分の振り付け“おばけダンス”をファンと一緒に踊ることを挙げ、雅功は「みんなで何のちゅうちょもなく踊りたい」と期待した。
９月３日に東京公演「菌育 ｉｎ ｔｈｅ 家 スペシャル！」を、渋谷・クラブクアトロで開催する。
