Application center in Kobe Yamaguchi headquarters office is requested for injunction
指定暴力団「神戸山口組」の本部事務所の近隣住民の委託を受け、「暴力団追放兵庫県民センター」が事務所の使用差し止めを求める仮処分を神戸地裁に申し立てました。
住民の委託を受けた代理訴訟で、暴力団追放センターが指定暴力団の本部事務所を対象に使用差し止めを求めたのは全国でも初めてです。

神戸山口組をめぐっては、任侠山口組の織田絆誠代表が乗った車が襲撃され警護役の男性が拳銃で撃たれて死亡するなど、一般住民の生活を脅かすような事件が続いています。
こうした中で抗争の発生などに不安を覚える住民からの委託を受け、暴追センターが神戸山口組の本部事務所の使用を差し止める仮処分を神戸地裁に申し立てました。現在、本部事務所では直系組員が集まる会合などが開かれていますが、仮処分が認められると、事務所への組員の立ち入りなどが禁じられることになります。
