Arrested a man from a former partner’s obscene video
元交際相手のわいせつな動画などをアダルトサイトに投稿したとして３９歳の男が逮捕された。
リベンジポルノ防止法違反などの疑いで逮捕されたのは、栃木県宇都宮市に住む大工の小林悟容疑者。警察によると小林容疑者は、アダルトサイトに元交際相手で３０歳の女性のわいせつな動画などを投稿し、名誉を傷つけた疑いが持たれている。
小林容疑者は女性の名前や年齢、勤務先も書き込んでいて、サイトを見た十数人が女性に連絡したことで事件が発覚したという。調べに対し、小林容疑者は「そういうことをしたことはありません」と容疑を否認しているという。
A 39-year-old man was arrested for posting an obscene video of a former companion to an adult site. Mr. Satoshi Kobayashi, a carpenter living in Utsunomiya city, Tochigi prefecture, was arrested on suspicion of violating the
Revenge Porn Prevention Law. According to police, Kobayashi is suspected of having posted obscene videos of a 30-year-old woman as a former partner on the adult site and hurt honor.
Kobayashi said that the incident was discovered by the woman’s name, age, and workplace, as well as a dozen people who saw the site contacted the woman. Kobayashi suspects the investigation, ‘I never did that kind of thing’, he said.
